Responsibilities:
- To contribute to and build upon the foundation of a Flash front end that supports client-side templating and lead a Flex rewrite

- To lead by example in setting and upholding the highest standards of code generation practices through a highly diverse and innovative game development project

- Regular code reviews and appraisals of all team generated code, and evaluations of any possible third party integrations

- Remain ‘up-to-date’ on all aspects of cutting edge and best practices in games, web, and MMO programming

Qualifications

- At least 1 previously completed game or web project

- Highest level of programming skills achieved in a game or web development environment

- Very strong Flash 9 or Flex skills and previous Action Script 3 experience

- Previous experience in front end/client-side design, implementation and integration

- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and the resourcefulness to find solutions

- Experience with PC MMO development, Web Development, and/or Game Development is desirable

- Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback

- Familiarity with sub-systems such as networking, game-play and user interface

- A sense of humor, or at the very least, the ability to laugh at a good joke
